Wood Chip Program Details

1. Woodchips are available for a $5 donation
2. There is no limit to the number of woodchips one person may obtain
3. To be eligible for prize drawings, contributor is required to register their unique woodchip number and provide contact information by 11:59 PM, Eastern Time, on the day prior to each scheduled prize drawing
4. Purchaser must register their unique woodchip number and contact information using only one of two different methods available to be eligible for prize drawings:
   1. Online at www.discoverpi.com
   2. In-person at time of purchase – recorded in official Number Registrar
5. Purchaser is only eligible for prize drawings occurring after the date of woodchip registration
6. Winning numbers will be drawn at random from the on-going list of registered numbers using a random number generator
7. Non-winning registered numbers will remain eligible for future prize drawings
8. Winning numbers will be removed from list of eligible registered numbers
9. To re-enter prize pool, a new woodchip must be acquired, and the contributor must register their new unique woodchip number and provide a form of contact to be eligible for future prize drawings
10. Winners will be contacted by the Presque Isle Partnership using the contact information provided by the purchaser within two business days of each scheduled prize drawing
11. Winners must respond and claim their prize by October 15, 2024
12. If any prizes are not claimed by October 15, 2024, Presque Isle Partnership will draw new numbers for unclaimed prizes on October 17, 2024
13. Winners must physically present their woodchip upon redemption of prize
14. Winning woodchip numbers will be posted on Presque Isle Partnership’s website: www.discoverpi.com
15. Winners are not permitted to redeem cash value in replacement of a physical prize
16. Presque Isle Partnership is not responsible for the cost of shipping, handling or delivery of any prizes
