Become A PIP Food Vendor!

Summer 2025

Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at Presque Isle Partnership summer events.

Complete and sign the application below to be considered for admittance into the 2025 UPMC Sunset Music Series and/or 2025 Discover Presque Isle. The official dates and times are as follows.

UPMC Sunset Music Series

Location: Beach 11

The event is from 5:30–8:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings.

Discover Presque Isle

Location: Beach 11

You must be available for the entire festival.

  • Friday, July 25, 2025 — 11 to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 26, 2025 — 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 27, 2025 — 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Guidelines

  1. Vendor fees:
    — Sunset Music Series: $150/concert
    — Discover Presque Isle: $650/entire festival
  2. All vendor fees are non-refundable.
  3. These events occur outside, rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold.
  4. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation caused by inclement weather.
  5. Vendors are required to supply their own power/ electricity.
  6. The final placement of vendors is at the full discretion of the Presque Isle Partnership.
  7. City water is available on-site at the Beach 11 bathhouse.
  8. Ice is available for purchase at Presque Isle Canoe & Boat Livery near the lagoons boat launch as well as at Bucket's Bait & Tackle located at the Presque Isle Marina.
  9. Each vendor is responsible for leaving their area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes, food, and trash.
  10. Each vendor must carry a food license (temporary or annual) with the Erie County Department of Health.
  11. Each vendor is required to submit their menu for approval by the Presque Isle Partnership.
  12. Set-Up
    UPMC Music Series: by 5 p.m.
    Discover Presque Isle: by July 25 at 10 a.m.
  13. Tear-Down
    UPMC Music Series: by 9 p.m.
    Discover Presque Isle: by 9 p.m. on July 27

Indicate whether you carry an annual food license or will acquire a temporary food license from the Erie County Department of Health for the above event(s).
Provide the full length and width of your required vending apparatus/area (including bumper/tongue/weights, etc.).
Tell us about the cuisine you offer and the menu items that you will be selling.

By signing below, I acknowledge and clearly understand the rules and regulations of being a Presque Isle Partnership food vendor and wish to be considered for the 2024 UPMC Sunset Music Series and/or 2024 Discover Presque Isle.

Hold Harmless Agreement

By executing this agreement, the undersigned agree(s) for himself, herself, itself and its/their successors, heirs and assigns that participation in Presque Isle Partnership sponsored events, as described herein, shall be at the risk of the undersigned, and that the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PRESQUE ISLE PARTNERSHIP, and the officers, directors, employees, board members, agents and members of either organization, together with their successors and assigns of and from all debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, dues, sum and sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, doings, omissions, variances, extents, execution and liabilities whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, claims for contribution, exoneration or indemnity, or any other thing whatsoever which might arise from the undersigned participation in Presque Isle Partnership sponsored events.

The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the foregoing, and that he/she has been advised to consult with an attorney if he/she has any questions and further acknowledges that he/she must abide by all the rules & guidelines listed within.
